By purchasing any product, service, event, or experience from The Melanin Drip Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Unless explicitly stated in writing, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend or access purchased offerings

  • Personal circumstances

Please purchase thoughtfully.

2. Digital Products

Digital products include eBooks, guides, templates, downloads, courses, and online resources.

  • No refunds or exchanges once access is granted or the product is delivered.

  • Lost files or access issues should be reported promptly so we can assist.

3. Events, Workshops & Conferences

  • Event tickets and registrations are non-refundable.

  • Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • No refunds for late arrival, early departure, or non-attendance.

  • Tickets may not be transferred unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Retreats & Destination Experiences

Luxury retreats require advance planning and commitments.

  • All retreat payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Deposits are always non-refundable.

  • If a payment plan is offered, failure to complete payments may result in loss of your spot without refund.

  • No refunds for missed activities or partial attendance.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

5. Merchandise

  • All merchandise sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approved replacements will be issued at our discretion.

6. Cancellations by The Melanin Drip Collective

If we cancel or postpone an event, retreat, or service, we may offer:

  • A credit toward a future offering

  • A transfer to a rescheduled date

  • A partial or full refund at our discretion

We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or third-party expenses.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first violates this policy.

  • Chargebacks may result in revoked access to products, services, or events.

  • We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide documentation of agreement to our policies.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted for illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances unless explicitly stated in writing.
